When a financial crisis threatens to end an education, ACTCTW steps in. We provide emergency scholarships to students at Morehouse, Spelman, Clark Atlanta, and Morris Brown — because no student should have to choose between paying rent and staying in school.
How It Works
Student Applies
A student facing a financial emergency — unexpected medical bills, housing instability, or a family crisis — submits a confidential scholarship request through our secure portal.
Community Funds
Our network of supporters, members, and corporate partners rallies around the student. Donors can give to the general fund or directly to a specific student's profile.
Crisis Resolved
Funds are disbursed quickly — often within 48 hours — directly addressing the emergency so the student can stay enrolled, stay focused, and stay on the path to graduation.
